Bethany had everything you could ask for. A condo that was (almost) paid off, a well paying job, and most importantly, a family. It all changed in a heart beat and she had to watch as her whole world crumbled around her and soon she found herself alone in a city of flesh-eating zombies.
Despite the overwhelming odds against her, Beth has managed to do what very few people have been able to do in this post-apocalyptic nation.
She has survived.
However, after coming across a young man with an unexpected trait, she finds herself torn between staying in the comfort and safety of her current routine or risking it all for the greater good of humanity.
As expected, there will be blood, guts, bodies and other unsightly dead things, you have been warned!
Fuck, I love this comic. Well I do have long hair... I've been growing it since I was 5 years old... But in a post apocaliptic world filled with zombies and men that will try to kill you or fuck you at sigth... I'd rather shave my head. I mean, one thing less to be worried about, less heat at summer, nothing covering your eyes and nothing can grab you from your hair anymore! Plus, you can crossdress and noone will now you are a girl x3 works for me!
Hair gets long surprisingly fast! I'd say it'd only take about a year for her hair to get back to how it was. (Source: I know someone who grew their hair out from scratch.) I think she looks super awesome with shaved head though, and it's definitely a common-sense decision. Thumbs up. ;)
@Mavya: Haha, this is a great comment. I agree with all your points. My hair got to waist-length before I chopped it off last year, and I can attest to the fact that you do NOT want long hair in a place with limited water and harsh conditions such as in a post-apocalyptic environment. And since in such a place looks don't matter, it would be great to shave your head. xD
